This house underwent small renovations to be transformed into a thoughtfully curated and functional space for this family of five to call home.  With a small footprint but relatively open concept, the finishes palette cohesively flows from one room to the next while utilizing moments of color for distinction.  Lighting upgrades provided an important update to this house built in the 90s.
