These 5 and 6 bedrooms duplexes were designed from the inside out with every inch in mind to maximize profit through efficient and well-designed spaces. My reach spanned from early space planning through construction site visits. A strong collaborative effort was formed between all parties including the developer, architect, contractor, and interior designer. My services extended beyond initial space planning into kitchen, bathroom, and fireplace designs; finishes selections and colors including interior and exterior; and lighting design. It's deeply gratifying to play a part in a project where the interior and exterior are so closely intertwined.
